Don't underestimate P.L once the cum sign is out or even before or just after I believe he can do magic,see what Frgrance boss did for 1: 1 bonus,Fragrance shot up from 56-70cts wthin a few days and Maxi-cash 1 for 5 bonus this year,shot up from 52cts to 62cts within a day...I am still punting if Rowsley dropped below 60cts,the worst scenario is to take the 2 free warrants for every 1 share..Iskander and RSP Architects if one of them fail,the other still has value,just my 2 cts opinion

Starlene, can u pls clarify what u meant by 'Oct 1 ex-date'. Rowsley said after the AGM that 2 free warrants will be offered at a later date and even SGX website and trading s/w did not indicate warrants are now being offered. And I missing something?
At 59.5-60cts still ok to punt as P.L will likley push > 65 and beyong so that the theoretical xall price will be > 35cts,and take note since March 2013 Rowsley has consistently stayed > 40cts,with 2 free warrants why not especially if we discount Iskandar projects we still have the renowned Architects,RSP which hsa so many iconic projects and boasts of Liu Thai Ker and Albert Hong..ocbc securities T.P after the approval is about 67-80cts..Oct 1 is the ex-date so likley this 2 weeks will see the final thrust especiall since it hit high 63.5cts on Mon Sept 16 with high vol

Rowsley not much meat left from current price.
at the rate it's moving, Rowsley is in a super bull mode .....
Maybe wait for it to be below 60, then can start to buy back

I think Peter lim now play 0.605-0.625cts,,,make profit the range
Whether it go up or down, it will depends on the market at that time. Since the date of issue is not out yet, chances are the stock will be push up before it announce. My target will be $0.65 to 0.75 before xd.
Is there any senerio that ppl will lose money if they hold till XD just for warrant, it can be that the price ie 0.6 might drop more than wat he buy? I have some bad experience with dividend counters

The price will be determine by the market then and not fix by anyone. execise price is 0.18 so anyone selling the warrant will price it share price plus execise price plus premium. So if share price was 0.32 at that time, warrant cld be trading at ard 0.18 to 0.2 since it still got 3 years to execise.

Thanks oldflyingfox. You made it very clear. Is it always the case where the mother share after xd will be trading around the range of (0.6+2x0.18)/3? Or it may still trade close to 0.6 despite the stock is now dilution?
Now i need to do some calculations to see if it worthwhile to sell now or keep. I got in rowsley at 0.455.
