Federal International (2000), the integrated engineering and procurement specialist for the energy and utility sectors, has secured its first batch of contracts worth US$210 million ($288.6 million) to supply coal, iron ore and manganese ore in 12–24 separate deliveries to a Singapore subsidiary of a China company through Alton International Resources (AIR), the subsidiary of Federal’s wholly-owned subsidiary Alton International (S).

All the stay sideline FMs got news before the placement to siam the drop,......now news out they are waiting the opportunity to jump in.....
Some FMs cannot wait liao......likely,,,,,,,,going up quiet soon....
accumulating at 20cents patiently........Me have confidents in this counter........
time for action ! alot of Lao Pan putting in $$, most are new in this industry.
I do not think personally this stock will fall till 17cents or below........it will be like DMX, when institute buy up the next moment the price goes up from 24 cents to more than 53cents......
Morning will the most touch 19cents then bounces back more than 23cents.......do not forget they have closed a few contracts recently......
That's why all the Lao Pan men are willing to take out their money to subscribe more shares........
Increase the number of shares thru the sshs meaning they are very positive in their business.
If the SSHs (bosses) are selling the shares to external parties........not a good sign to their business......then not worth to invest....liao......
So not too worry.......I am collecting more if they are dropping at 18cents or below......but I do not I have the luck.......
placement at 17cts.. monday can see this counter goes below 17cts liao.. can invest when below 17cts..
