In stock market I can say 50/50.... 50 luck & 50 FA/TA. PE 27 someone still buying ??? In SSE PE 50 are very common .

Seemed to me Franklin Resources is unloading its stake. Last couple of days, price falls were accompanied by huge volumes. Is it trying to get out fast?
