support should be around $1.06 while the resistance not formed at the moment.

Not that I am interested but can you pull out some fundamental numbers for those invested to justified that why you say that the current share is trading above fair value?
Just like developers needs crane to build their IR and properties, oil equipment will also be need for those seeking to explore more oil in the fields.
many mistaken this counter is dealing with oil like shell or bp . this is a oil equipment counter company and not oil company. the current price share price is too high.
