I believe SIA price is downtrending from its TA indicators. Be cautious in trading this counter.

Agree...there is a limit where SIA can pass the cost to customers...eventually high oil price will affect the economy and both passenger and commercial loading may drop..

yes I agree. SIA will be affected but the most affected airlines will be the budget carriers.

Because of their short flying distance, the fuel/km cost will be higher than those of the standard airlines. This is because the most amount of fuel is used up on take off and landing. And budget airlines fly numerous round trips a day.

SIA is one of the better managed airlines, but the fuel surcharge will not be able to fully cover its costs.

Apart from high oil price, the war in ME will also affect travelling...price of SIA may weaken in the weeks ahead.

With the sky high oil prices, SIA will be adversely affected since fuel is a major component in an airline's overall cost.

the travel industry will also be similarly affected because travellers will find it expensive to go on trips.
