it took them so long to construct their condo projects. i wondering how the management do their planning. very disappointed there no profit after so many years after listed in 2008.
They never pray to indian god in the temple here lar.... 'kwan ying miao' in 4th horse road there got one indian temple quite torn and tattard, they should donate money and rebuild that temple lor...... I like the indian temple for they full of 'features' on the roof top and their beautiful and colourful costume and best of all, the sunday afternoon TV channel ......very funny shows that full of dance and songs and the dancers' facial expression..........first class!! hahaha!
yah what a lousy counter, maybe I sell after the next annual report is out

heard india bulls might issue rights. How would this effect it's price
Idiabulls seems ready to run up by tomorrow. Have bought it at Sgd. 0.265 and 0.28 few days ago.

Stabilisation manager bought over 10 million bulls shares today, price end at low. This indiabulls real angry because indiabears is now in the driver seat, piloting bulls share price. Think the bear will be at the wheel for sometime yet.

Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust offer shares within a $1-$1.10 price range, Raised only $262.5 million, Below the expected maximum $288.8 million it sought even after it lower it ipo prices to a dollar and after it extended it extension of it retail tranch offer.
Banker said, added that it has attracted only 700 hundred required 1,000 applications.
Look likely to open below water......and cheaper to buy from open market. This coming week, sentiment market is bad for Indiabull Properties Trust IPO, with poor retailers response, that will depend now on BBs. This Indiabull likely to turn Indiabear liao. Wrong timing, just my tot.
