Company changed name to Enporis Greenz. Need to create a new counter. All shares in Seksun has been renamed.
did the new management annouce what their plans are yet? The low price now looks like a steal?

erm...technically it didn't crash..it corrected to the after dividend price (current price minus dividend payout = current px now)..

1 Tier Tax means that the recepient of the dividends are not taxed
therefore 100 lots will get u 100,000 X 0.5863 = $58,630
I'm not too sure about how many percent the tax is but I've got 5 lots for pure dividend play.. Hope it doesn't crash right after they pay the dividends though..

If the dividend is SGD 0.5863 ONE-TIER TAX, how to you calculate the net final amount you would receive if say you bought 100lots?

this stock side-trending for quite some time eh ..not much of fluctuations even with negative sentiments in January ..and not still side-trending...may look stable for investors...

5 cents is 0.05, the dividend is 0.5863 ! not 5 cents
Dude, this share is trading near its historical high price.
And 5 cents dividend for a share that costs almost 75 cents is merely a 6-7 % upside.
Given the current market condition (bear), chances are that this 5 cents upside can be easily wiped off with a highly probable fall in the share price.
Trade with caution unless you are confident that prices will rise.
