Agatha, GKE is a TA as well as a rumour play. Rumour's going around saying something about an announcement next week. My indicators caught the move, and I just move together and get off when the ride's over. About Greenspan again: I suppose being in his position and when he gets paid for opinions during his speeches, he has to say something sensational. The markets are just looking for a reason, any reason, to correct itself. But the important thing here is that it needs to "correct", not recess into a bear market. No recession in sight, not yet,especially when we're just seeing the boom in construction and construction is always the leading indicator for the markets. So...cheer up. :) |

Hi all again! First, some updates. Took partial profits this morning as a precaution. STI is down, and it's a sea of red this morning, as it would be expected, from ole Greenspan's "encouraging words" about China. It's good to cool off anyway since it makes buying less worrying, as long as we're all in the money. Rotary: Nothing to worry abt yet. Federal: I'm considering to vest more. Bounced back up strongly. Watch sentiments after lunch. GKE Int: Possible entry. Will confirm. More later. Good luck! |

As for me, I think I will wait for today's EOD and get a fix first before entering. In a market like today, a lot of squeezed momentum could be leaked away and indicators making U-turns. |

Can see that this morning there's a lot of profit taking and adjustment of the STI as well if I'm not wrong. Some people will come in an vest in some of the counter when it make a rebound they'll take profit from here. But if you chose the wrong counter is like catching a falling knife so becareful if you want to go in now. |

But then, if u are thinking that way u might be catching a falling knife with your bare hands. Take a side stand & wait for indicators that this might bounce back aagin. Remember that u likely unable to buy the stock at the cheapest price & let go at the peak. |
