(1) STATUS UPDATES RELATING TO PROPOSED KRX DUAL LISTING

(A) Submission of Registration Statements

The Company has today submitted its Depository Receipts registration statement and securities

registration statement to the Korean Financial Securities Commission.

(B) Preliminary Placement and Underwriting Agreement

The Company has also today entered into a preliminary placement and underwriting agreement

with Daewoo Securities Co., Ltd (

(i) New Shares

20 New Shares will underlie each Depository Receipt, and the Company will issue and

The Depository Receipts is expected to be offered to public investors and institutional

investors in Korea, in the proportions 20% and 80%, respectively.

(iii) Offering Period

The public offering period for the Depository Receipts is expected to take place in or

about January 2011.

(iv) Final Issue Price

The final issue price will only be determined subsequent to the book building and pricing

exercise in accordance with Korean laws and regulations. The final issue price will be

determined mutually between the Company and the underwriters. Subsequent to

determination of the final issue price, the Company and the underwriters will enter into a

final placement and underwriting agreement prior to commencement of the Depository

Receipts offer to the Korean public.

(2) DECLARATION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND, NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE DATE AND DATE

PAYABLE

The Company is pleased to announce an interim dividend of

The Interim Dividend is made in anticipation of the KRX Dual Listing, and is intended to reward

existing Shareholders. New Shares to be issued pursuant to the KRX Dual Listing will not be

entitled to participate in the Interim Dividend. For the avoidance of doubt, the Interim Dividend is

not an indication of the performance of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.

Shareholders should refer to the full year financial results announcement of the Company to be

released in due course in this regard.

The Register of Transfer and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on

2011

the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend is expected to be paid to Shareholders on 24 January

2011.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with the CDP are credited with Shares as at 5.00 p.m on

11 January 2011 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers in

respect of the Shares received up to the close of business by 5.00 p.m. on 11 January 2011 by

the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services at 8 Cross Street,

China Gaoxian Receives Approval For Korea Listing
China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings, the yarn and fabric seller, has received approval from the Korean Exchange for its offering and listing of up to 600m ordinary shares in the form of Korean depository receipts (KDRs). Just last month, the company issued a statement to the Singapore Exchange saying that it has plans to sell 20-30% more products next year on the back of strong demand from China. The firm added that it had ordered 72 sets of machines to raise its annual production capacity for higher-end polyester yarn to 240K tonnes by the first three months of 2011, from its current production of 210K tonnes. The firm also invested Rmb171.5m ($33.8m) to ramp up its annual production capacity for warp-knit fabric.
Significance: The average price-earnings ratio of Korea-listed textile firms is about 14, compared to a ratio of about 6-7 in Singapore. Meanwhile, with about 20 textile companies on the Korea Exchange, a textile company like China Gaoxian, therefore, is no strange to Korean investors.

seriously just ignore him. You know the saying "If you cannot beat them, confuse them" and also "saying the grape is sour when you cannot eat them"? That's exactly his tactics here.

Don't lose focus, being caught in his trap of confusing and antagonizing people. After many weeks of his postings, you'll realise how "wise" he is. The final straw for me to ignore him was when he start trying to get our attention , calling people blind, asking people see doc and calling others names. sigh.. too bad the admin not here to ban such people.

To add on, all textile coys are in KRX performing v. well. GX is still performing at v. low PE. Lots of room to catch up .

After listing in KRX, expect px to go up.. TREMENDOUSLY there.

So what would investors/traders do? Buy here low sell higher there.

GX listing in SGX during its IPO px of 25c was during the financial crisis. A lot of info has already been posted on this, so those who are not well informed, i can see you are heading no where.

And what happens when more investors buy and bring the share px up? Isn't that good for the coy to see its share px up? lol thats for you to know and find out more :)
