But this guy with so many 'pattern' still at 1 cent! More likely off loading than accumulation by BB.

Haha i have faith in the business model and the future of the company. If this BBs were to go wrong, it should have been long ago. Nowadays, buildings are getting eco friendly, people spend $$$ to get health. people spend $$$ to be vain ... lol. Life science is here to stay for good. Rabbitfoot, precisely all these are in the past now. They are holding a tight lipped over the progress of BMe, ACP is spreading their wings. BBs is turning around.

 Alert Admin 		Master Tomique is exactly right, time to buy in. Heard this major shareholder has no choice but to sell his shares because he need to settle some personal issue. He was a fund manager bought in at a high $0.05. If not because he needed money, he will not sell his stake in this BB at this present time.

heard from one source. they are ramping up the production for the bme machines. the demand is high but currently cannot cater fast enough ... good headache. that means the company is going from strength to strength. more news to be released on monday. the halt will continue till monday. that's what i was told. anybody went for the meeting please contribute.

INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors (the ?Board?) of Transcu Group Limited (the " Company" ) refers to the announcements dated 2 July 2013 on the outcome of the hearing for summary judgment against the Company and bonds subscription by Green Technology Inc. (?AGT?) as well as the update announcement dated 9 July 2013.

Further to these announcements, the Board is pleased to notify the shareholders that the following:

(a) a settlement agreement dated 22 July 2013 (the ?SLD Settlement Agreement?) has been entered into between Transcu Ltd. (?TL?), a wholly- owned subsidiary of the Company, and S.L. Development Pte Ltd (?SLD?) in relation to the summary judgment obtained by SLD in Suit No. 815 of 2012/N against TL on 26 June 2013 for the sum of S$1,469,218.96 (the ?Judgment Debt?) with interest at the contractual interest rate of 12% per annum payable from 18 January 2013 till when the Judgment Debt is paid, plus costs of the action fixed at S$33,611.79 inclusive of reasonable disbursements, with damages to be separately assessed (the ?Judgment?)

(b) AGT has as of the date of this announcement, subscribed for an aggregate total of S$3,000,000 worth of Bonds and

(c) a binding and conditional term sheet (the ?Term Sheet?) dated 22 July 2013 has been entered into between the Company and Advance Opportunities Fund (the ?ELN Subscriber?) in connection with the issuance by the Company to the ELN Subscriber of one per cent. unsecured equity-linked redeemable structured notes due 2016 (the ?Notes?) with an aggregate principal amount of up to S$50 million in 3 tranches.

Transcu got a bit of interest today.   Do they have good consultants? Should approach the Japan gov for some business. Japan can afford to pay for say US$50 million a year for consultancy (on cleaning and clearing of contamination or reducing it) and BM machines purchase of say US$200 million associated with usage for cleaning and producing energy needed.   Wow, can make money, you know....
