The norm for co. to place out shares or calling for right

issue is when the share price is sky high to entice you

to buy or subscribe. Since time memorial, this is the one

and only practice. Likewise, co. very very seldon go public

in a bear mkt.

Mid/long term holders going for dividend yield are very

very strong holders. They don't care or be bother by

price flunction. As long as they receive 7.6 - 8%

dividend yield, it's better than F?D. Anyway. Temasick

is the majoi shareholder. I will put my money where my
