Trade with Cautious - Do not simply jump in and buy when you yourself think the price is good. Please throw away TA/Fundamentals for now. Monitor your Stocks, Sometime you have to cut lost if you think thats gonna fall lower. It will be worst (Just not a correction) if market sentiments didnt change this coming week. A correction might turn Bear.

Things to watch out.

1) Consumer Spending. Pre-Data shows that christmas spending has been hit this year yet again while consumer tighten their pockets. When spendings are low the impact will be spread across all sectors.

2) High Unemployment Rate - Estimated to be 10.2 -10.6% (March 2010) before it head south with the current economy situation. Will be 10.7> if things doesnt turn around as predicted.

3) Manufacturing activities - If it head south again. Prepare for a Bear market.

4) Pre-GDP to be release soon. Estimated to be a growth of 0.5 to 1.2%.

Good luck. Currently we are in a Super Strong V-shape recovery, if all the above sectors came through with negative results. We "might" are going for a W recovery.
