Agree Leeeta ! Those who sold trying to spread confusion/scare to buy low !! The US Govt shutdown is a fiasco which shall happen every now and then, and some shall create swings in market to benefit the traders and the trading houses and their trading commissions - and I saw exactly how some trading houses continued relentlessly to create " short" momentum in Hankore by continuously keeping on selling at bid price, sometimes even without any sellers......these kind of behaviour may need SGX investigation !!! Also now a 140mio married deal of a HK shareholder, seemingly used again to spread scare ! Potential of a company and its px with respect to the market is MOST important to me.....rest are all noise !!!!

Dropped so much sell already wait for huatkor to rise again from november ashes and then long it. I dont want my gains to vaporise into thin air lor. Im not greedy la but i oso dont want to be trapped. Me no LT or ST. As long trending up i hold, down i sell. I believe in hankore propects but i also believe in macro. I cant guess the market movements thats why its prudent for tiny me to All In & All Out now. Will wait till november then make hay. Cheers! Sweet dreams every1, till then HUAT to all!! | ||||

Seems that Total Summit distributed its Hankore shares to any party so that its holdings are now less than 5%. No need to disclose their sales any longer since they cease to be substantial shareholder. More selling to come??? | ||||

Hmm... I don't understand the disclosure. Isn't total summit the holding company that received the shares for the purchase of JSTY? Why did they surrender 140 million shares for nothing to someone? | ||||

the so called wise-ones loses money as well. OHL lost SGD40+M.. looks like he is not so wise. HK was and is a shortist favorite so this is expected. Fundamentally nothing has changed, the outlook is still bright. What causes the sell down across the board is the US shutdown. Shortist just took advantage of it and bang...so if you can stomach the wild rise and in for the LT, go and lim kopi and play golf/whatever. HK will rebound very strongly ..when? I dont know. The short sell is excessive and there is sure going to be blood for the short sellers.. Water crisis is in China, money pouring into HK is guaranteed and comes from China..so shutdown or not shutdown it is business as usual for HK. They will report remarkable 1Q, 2Q and so on for a long time to come. Why fret over 5 to 6 bids drop if you are in for the LT? That is how Peter Lim does his investments..take a look at wilmar and rowsley, Did he cash in and out when Rows from 40+cts to 2.5cts? He probably bought more... how much is Rows now? For most of us, share7, myself and cccx (if I can speak for them) our investments in HK are for the LT..like Peter Lim. My position here is large so it is not so convenient to move in and move out for a few bids. You can say I am greedy, I am not interested in few bids, I am going for a large chunk and by the time I sell off ..I will retire happily. I have short positions, and have sold all. I have no ST positions as of today. If you are in for the ST, then by now you should have sold, make money and be happy...like me. :)

follow the wise ones. If everyting ownself do, ownself see, then whats the point of this forum? Forum is for people to share each others views and remind each other of our own blindspots. If everybody wanna just be selfish or hypocritical and want to profit for themselves and see others lose, this forum loses its meaning. |

hahaha cccx i got u. I was also at a meeting in the whole morning, by time got time to look alry close to noon liao :( i remember that some expert said that there is no such ting as LT. If people say LT they are actually comforting themselves becos they have been stuck with the price which they have bought. Not sure how true is this, anyway quot from an expert, not me hor. |

Well, I was pretty busy in the morning. I was traveling when I received an alert telling me 7.7 had been broken. I did say that that would be a benchmark where I might reconsider my options? I said I will not sell steadfastly, yes I guess I should not have written so confidently. But I am sure you made quite a bit of money too right?
At least I reported here that I have sold quite a substantial sum? I did not have to you know. So yea.. save your money for another day. Portfolios must be adjusted sometimes.. Long term or short term

Bought some at 7.3 and in Q for 7.2. I think the sell-off is excessive. If you are looking at the last week and this week, there is no difference in any fundamentals. The sentiment right now from US federal shutdown should not take so much impact on Hankore. |

Just look at albino for reference. That is the stock which has accompanied hankore in the run up. Now albino already dropped close to 20% liao. Do u think hankore will be spared? | ||||
