Hankore onward march to 8-10cts.

 Alert Admin 		Hankore's management has recently stated that they are on a high growth mode..expect M& A , more projects etc   for 2014..so funds are needed. These are not speculations but   real communicated intentions, with some expansion projects already lining up or in the works. If this is part of their high growth strategy to truly scale and   enlarge capacities in China at a fast pace and to be ranked among the likes of BEWG or BOT (see EDGE mag , last 2 issues), then funds are needed and I seriously hope their strategy works.

The proposed increase in authorised share capital is a harbinger that more shares can be issued ..maybe for pte placement,rights issues,etc..more dilution..so many more shares can be isusued and not even 10cts..maybe like Albedo ,later proposed share   consolidation or merger from 20 into 1 typical of penny stocks..probably market sense it from high 0.081 dropped back

Hopefully it is for dual listing as well.. I am kind of averse to letting management pay for acquisitions with shares because boards tend to be very liberal when buying assets with shares rather than cash. No sense of control and restraint. Only the most astute managers can win for the company with such a policy. Is David one of them? I hope so lol.

think we should not get too excited about this...there are pros and cons and this is why they have to seek approval.

When they want to enlarge capital to issue shares or whatever, there must be for a good reason. Lets go to the SGM and find out why. David and team knows they are going to be grilled, so they will have to prepare themselves. Is this exercise necessary? Do they need it becoz they needed funds for a multi-billion project that will   triple, quadruple or whatever-ple the EPS of HK by the end of the day?...or they are doing it becoz its nice to.

Of coz there will be dilution, but if the eps at end of the day can drive the share price to 1 dollar, will we seriously object? 

Dont forget, no funds, no business. ..and the announcement stated that only IF they NEEDed the funds then they should have the means to raise it, which is not a bad thing. To me its forward thinking if the business is booming and projects are lining in like hello kitty Q, I might as well get prepared.

And it many not be rights , it may be for private placements..lets see what they say. And also lets not forget the remaining USD250mio MTN is still parked collecting dust. 

If at the SGM, they give half past six reasoning (ie to line up Leetas pocket), then you guys can raise hand to object and sell the shares

It is not about the par value. Nowadays par values don't matter much. It is more about the audacity of management to request for such a substantial increase in registered share capital. We already have almost 5 billion issues shares. Adding another 9 billion just doesn't cut it.

The transfer of 140 million shares by total summit which made this entity cease to be a substantial shareholder still hasn't been resolved. We have yet to receive an explanation from the company regarding this married deal.

 Alert Admin 		ST traders can run if it breaks 7.2...chart is still bullish engulfing..signal says buy if breaks 8 but resistance is there at 8.3cts and 8.5cts.. If   break all these then swee swee to 10cts. Today's trading suggest good support at 7.5cts.
