My opinion is this stock is purely a speculative play.

No amount of fundamentals and technicals can dictate

the share price.It's a crazy horse all right, that's why not

only you yet to understand, alot of ppls, including myself

fail to read this stock. For the past 3 months there is no

correction at all, not even a dip.The BBs are controlling

the share price now. Moreover, I have observed ppls

are greedy.I still doubt this is a bull market.

Since when HDB suppose to help the poor?????? Never never

ever. I have never heard of. If you are poor, you can't afford a

HDB flat.Check out the prices for new HDB flats and you will

understand why I said that you can't afford if you are poor.

Purchasing a HDB flat is subjected to all terms and requirements

stipulated in the condition of sale.

Your point on speculation, I must emphasize that this is a

competitive environments happening around the world.

Anyway it's a "willing buyer and willing seller" term.

Is he the only person controlling and dictate the

share price for this counter??????

Did not short. Don't know whether buying 33 million plus shares

 is a genuine nos. Buyers can always turn sellers oso.

Do you think that the financial analyst is damn good as to

call you to buy and  make money??????There is no free lunch

so to speak.If you pay for his or her services, that a different

story.Who is going to give bread and butter to the financial

analyst?????? Sometime even your remiser will not dare to give

you advise.If you loss how??????

1. Q3 &Q4 GDP growth will be no better than Q2.

2. ST Index components do not appear bullish. Flat

3. To warrant a bull market, share vol must be there.

     Daily vol, 1.2 to 1.5 billion shares cannot be a bull.

4.Overall move uptrend of stock. A few uptrend

    of some stock does not warrant a bull.

5. The most important factor. Watch out for uncles, aunties,

    tai-tais,butchers, fishmongers, veg.sellers, etc,etc in the

    wet market talking abt share prices. They are more interested

    in their share trading rather than selling their goods.

    All eyes glued to the TV text share price in coffee shops.

     Singaporean hot topic subject, all about shares.
