Who in the right frame of mind will take up the offer at 39.5 cents when the NAV is 45 cents ? Now sell to market also got 40.5 cents ! |

Actually with income streams from Centris and JP, the NAV could very much increase by aother 5 to 10%. So, offerer could have offered maybe about 44c to buy or maybe this could be a conspiracy to push prices up and then the big boys off-load them to us. Just a wild guess. |

With 39.5c a share, i think it is very much lower than its NAV. Those who chased this stock will be really disappointed. |
