Yes, Spore banking system solid. But if other banks in this region got problems, Spore market will be affected as well. Phi proposed to form the so-called "Monetary Fund Grp" to regulate the health of the regional financial services. The meeting will be held in Phi soon. Not sure thats will work, as richer country ought to sponsor more money to help the poorer one mah. Money issue, very konfusing ones, easy for manipulation loh. |

Not surpring at all as all the banks would surely be reporting poorer earnings very soon due to the unfavorable market conditions. DBS would be the worst hit! We've been there before! Cheers! | ||

well...after our dear deputy chairman MAS said that there isnt a need to "bail-out" our banks as they are well regulated...wow...all the banking stocks dropping a bit liao siah ! :P | ||
