My little concerns is it Aust $ against Sing $. If the currency fell against $, the earning will be off-set somehow.... |

I got 4 lots from Phillip Securities, they invest in different types of real estates mainly in Australia, and they also invest in car parks, childcare centres etc...should be good. |
