I am using the SAXO platform to trade US shares. Not sure whether the rates are competitive or higher. What are the charges for POEMS for US trades? Thanks |

No point complaining. Switch to a more reliable platform is the solution. I have no trust with the software team. Yes they try to put it a lot of new features but without ensuring that every features have been duly tested. So what is the use? Still have the cheek to charge $$ for their protrader....... Providing better service is the norm and not a $$ generating income. |

all i can say is... POEMS is a POS brokerage firm.. think it's about time i change brokerage firm..

it happened many times....Philips Capital...POEMS have the biggest technical complaints i ever saw as of Sharejunction forum...its not the first time...many major times and they apologise saying they will revamp their IT system...well, i guess .....

got played out by Phillip POEMS trading platform for my US counters.. wanted to cut loss but the trading platform freezed and i can't sell my counter! for the past 2 weeks they having problem with the US trading.. it was like flashing the live price for half an hour and then the next half an hour there was connection problem.. juz now was even worse.. the platform freezed from 1.45am and now it's 2.35am! called the nite desk but nobody wanna answer.. i am totally pissed with Phillip.. they got the cheek to say they are the BEST brokerage firm in singapore.. BEST my foot... wonder any fellow traders having the same problem with other brokerage firm like UOB kay hian, kim eng, etc... | ||||
