Banks, exporters lead region lower



HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Asian banks fell across the board Tuesday, pulling down regional indexes, on worries related to the health of the U.S. financial sector. Shares of exporters such as Canon Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. added to the downward pressure after a lower finish on Wall Street.
