same index ETF on SGX vs on NYSE , EWY vs lyxor

 Alert Admin 		Is it better to buy the lyxor MSCI korea ETF or the EWY which trades on AMEX. Both seem to track the MSCI south korea index. The expenses are 0.61% for the lyxor vs 0.7% for the EWY

Is there any tax advantage or any cost for a sinagporean investor  to buy  the Lyxor etf vs buying  the Amex ETF ?
