but never realize that it's actually still higher than its last 1-2 years price..

In stock, u can only think rationally in terms of $$ management (your risk portfolio)..

you cant think and reason for the price action for the stoc

bro sk6666 don't think you can apply for the rights now, XR over liao. But I think there are excess rights, maybe can try. I exercise my rights via ATM, and also apply for excess at the same time, not sure if I will get the extras though...

Pre-operating expenses incurred for new shipyard ( Brazil Vard Promar) is one time &   non-recurrence.  It is expected as mentioned below! Revenue will be generated from the new shipyard after end June 2013. Prospect is bright ! Why so panic !!??

Extracted from 1st Qtr 2013 Financial announcement : Prospect -

At the end of the first quarter of 2013, the order book value amounted to NOK 15.5 billion, up from NOK 15.1 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2012. The order reserve comprised 46 vessels yet to be delivered, and the aggregate order value was NOK 24.6 billion. Order intake for the first quarter 2013 was NOK 2.8 billion, up from NOK 1.3 billion in the fourth quarter 2012. More than replenishing the order book during the quarter, the solid new order intake was driven by demand for high-end subsea construction vessels.

  In Brazil, the new shipyard under construction, Vard Promar, is on track to start operations by end June 2013, with more than 85% of shipyard construction – and more than 95% of areas vital for commencing operations – complete, and recruiting and training currently in progress.

Bros, I tried to do that too but can't. Let's say now the price is 0.19 and  I open the window to key in the inforation first. If the price move I think 5 pips either way away from 0.19 and I keyed in price and sell, it will be rejected. I have to re-open the window again and key in. My broker said this is a form of safety measure in case we keyed in the wrong price. He said can do away with this but it is very risky. So I just leave it because sometimes I also key in wrong price.

A worse than expected Q2 result due to Brazil market should not change the stock price too much. In some degree, it was expected. However some investors are easily getting panic, including me. The price would go down, let us see how much it is. A few cents are acceptable.
