Strategy for this week..

sell into strength..

Don't really like the volumes for STI.. kinda low for my liking..

will pare down some holdings..

anyway STI kinda overbought @ the moment.. so will wait for a correction then enter..

Quick takes - Change in major shareholder - by Gary Ng
(PWAY SP / PARM.SI, OUTPERFORM - Maintained, S$3.12 - Tgt. S$3.69, Healthcare)

Maintain Outperform on PWAY, which announced last evening that Fortis Healthcare Ltd, India's fastest growing healthcare company, is acquiring a 23.9% strategic stake in the group from TPG Capital. The deal is estimated at US$685.3m (S$959.4m). We do not anticipate any changes to PWAY's operations or strategies, though there could be a short-term share-price reaction to the S$3.55/share (14% premium to PWAY's closing price of S$3.12) paid by Fortis Healthcare. Our quick chats with management indicate that PWAY is still committed to expansion work, having recently appointed a new CEO, Dr Tan See Leng, to usher in a new era of growth. Our earnings estimates are unchanged. Also intact is our target price, set at S$3.69, based on sum-of-the-parts valuation. Organic growth in Singapore and the region and potential medical suites sales at Novena Hospital should provide stock catalysts.

Well fortis has the same frequency of thought as me..

paying a premium of $3.55/share for parkway..

this one is definitely a buy..

seems like swiber is forming an ascending triangle..

technical indicators are hovering around the oversold region..

my guess is a upward move breaking above the higher band of the bollinger band..
