Blessed are the BBs , syndicates and FMs who see the near term prospects of SC. The US1billion investor must have a lot of foresight to invest in SC. They could be in the market moping up more SC shares on possibility of a fourth investor buying up SC shares, as NCL shd become profitable. Blessed are the BBs and syndicates of SC who are intelligent - why must they drag down their own shares, and allow the short sellers to make $$$ by causing panic selling. After all, SC is NOW different - it received a cash payout from divesting its shares in the IR, and cash injections from three new cash rich investors. Why must SC continue to be a speculative share when it is likely to become profitable the next few quarters onwards with its new investments and the expertise of new investors? The US$1 billion investor isn't throwing money away by investing in NCL, isn't it? It is noteworthy that OCBC Securities releases the report so as not to cause panic selling of a potentially good share. Three cheers to OCBC and those who remain calm and continue to invest in SC!!! |

Star Cruises Ltd SINGAPORE Charted Territory Ritesh Menon (65) 6531 9807 e-mail: ritesh@ocbc-research.com 30 August 2007 Reversal ahead - Star Cruises has pulled back sharply since peaking at US$0.605 in mid- July. - The sell-off broke through supports provided by the 50 and 100-day moving averages before coming to a halt at the 200-day moving average, which it tested but managed to close above yesterday. - The price decline has made on the back of declining volume, indicating the downtrend is weakening. The price action also resulted in the formation of a reversal candlestick pattern yesterday. - With both the RSI and stochastic indicators already submerged in the oversold regions, we can thus expect a rebound over the coming weeks. - Support pegged around US$031 - 0.34, which is within the region of the up-trend line, and resistance at US$0.43 - 0.47 Above report by OCBC Securities - time for it to test new peak prices? With three new investors, especially the most recent US$1 billion, SC should see better days ahead. Why must its price be bashed down when it will not be affected by any subprime woes? |

May God bless the BBs for giving the short sellers a rousing send-off today. Grab from the sell queue @ close. Fake sell queue of 4428 lots just disappeared (to attract short sellers?) after purchase @ 44cts. | ||||||||||||||||
