STI tecnically overbought..

time to par down my blue chip holdings i bought recently..

STI looking to form a double top pattern..

time to let go the blue chips i bought.. and prepare for the correction either Sep or Oct...

Yangzijiang TDRs jump on Taipei trading debut (2010-09-08 01:07:00)

 


    TAIPEI, Sept 8 (Reuters) - The Taiwan depository receipts of
Yangzijiang <911609.TW>, China''s No.4 shipbuilder, opened at
T$20.10 ($0.629) on their debut on Wednesday, 6.9 percent above
their offer price.
   Singapore-listed Yangzijiang the issue of 240 million TDRs at T$18.80. Every two TDRs
represent one share, and the company estimated it would raise
S$153 million ($113.5).
   The company, the first mainland Chinese firm to list in
Taiwan, said in Augustit had won 28 shipbuilding contracts worth
$915 million.

Quick takes - Optimism in Middle East - by Lim Siew Khee
(SWIB SP / SWBR.SI, OUTPERFORM - Maintained, S$1.00 - Tgt. S$1.42, Oil Equipment and Services)

 

Maintain Outperform and target price of S$1.42 for Swiber, still based on 12x CY11 P/E (5-year peer average). We recently brought Swiber's senior management to Hong Kong. Management shared a bullish outlook for jobs available in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Management also guided that capex will peak by end-FY10. Investors' disappointment with the company's 4Q08 and 4Q09 results was also addressed. The group has taken delivery of most vessels ordered, and a strong order book of US$915m should provide earnings visibility in FY11-12. We estimate 8-19% earnings upside if Swiber manages to bag a US$1.5bn contract from Saudi Aramco's Wasit gas development project but have left our earnings estimates unchanged for now. We believe it is safe to accumulate Swiber at current levels and see stock catalysts from a ramp-up in profits from any sizeable contract wins.

TA Alert – Midas (7 Sep 2010)

Midas initiated a bullish breakout above its $0.90 support-turned-resistance, 50-DMA and its 5-month downtrend line on heavy volume yesterday.

Despite the overall market tone being more downside biased this morning, the counter continued to exhibit strength by climbing higher in trading today. Coupled with the bullish crossover made by the MACD indicator recently, they suggest that the counter could see further upside potential in the weeks ahead.

If the counter can sustain itself above the $0.90 level (now resistance-turned-support), we can expect it to head further north towards the immediate resistance at $1.01, breaking which, the subsequent resistance at $1.17 beckons.

Casino also dont have GRO, I go there, never seen  any  lady dressed up like GRO ,,but,  a lot of  guys with uniform.
