Has anyone thought that the sharp price drop today could be due to the share dilution because of the bond conversion announcement by Genting? Plus don't forget the across the board drop in regional indices as well. A correction is probably due before any CNY run up, if there is one.

With the bond conversion priced at 0.95, I don't think it will drop below this price. And with the impending casino licence issue announcement, you do have a quick ramp up in price in the near future. So, if you have cash, now is as good a time to buy into this share as any.

I wonder how one can time a market well when there are so many factors affecting share prices daily, internally and externally. Barring any unforeseen circumstances like a market melt down, a little common sense might help.

Why I am stupid to support Genting? I didnt realise that some BB actually want to break me down. lol maybe they lost big in RafflesEdu, ChinaMilk and not happy with me.

Too bad its not going to happen :)

I support Genting all the way. Its gonna be a Blue Chip within 5 years. Mark my words :P

Tmr dun do anything 1st. Dun sell & dun buy. Sm smart pple'll sell shorts tmr early morning. If we set Sell / Buy'll oso kena those smart pple's trap.

Now, even got gd Q4 results oso no use liao... Best way's wait 4 Hangseng's signal... Once Hangseng has started recover, STI'll follow.

Alot of pple kena burn today... Even I myself too. Who doesn't kena burn? Can share?

hmm i am quite young. If bon is around 60+ he double my age :P

I am learning new things everyday :P Been doing some little experiment in the Stock market "Pretty Expensive".

If you can understand the minds of the investors you can be the ultimate winner :P Media is a tool to create the wanted sentiments "by the BB".

Like on monday someone hammer up Dow Jones future and everyone join him later :P It just take someone to start it up :)

I hope some people will win some losses back from 4D and have a reasonable new year. Sorry to see people losing money. Hope Heaven have some mercy on those people.

my father told me a lot of people lost big on genting today.... somemore they are contra holders .... think they brought few thousands lots.

1000 lots - 10cent drop = $100,000

10000 lots - 10 cent drop = $1,000,000

Please Do not play contra :)

Cant reveal my holdings lol but I can hold it pretty well :P Tomorrow Buying more

margin account can allow u to short for 30 days. Some allow you to short as long as u one :P if ur special
