it wants to emulate Rowsley , but it does not match.

when the MOU lapses, you will think 0.039 to be very very high.  

Px could drop to as low as 0.025.

Note: Usually it is the RTO BIGGER PARTY to make the offer announcement. In this case, it is the smaller party Albedo who makes the announcement of this RTO memorandum. 

Maybe I am wrong. But i think i am right : )

Jan 2012 - Apr 2013 : Rights + Free Warrants Issue (1 share entitled 4 rights $0.005 + 4 free warrants $0.005)

Jun 2013 : MOU to acquire Coeur Gold

Aug 2013 : Lapse of MOU

Aug 2013 : MOU (again) for (Potential) RTO

Rowsley when they announced RTO they are more firm and give more solid details. And they dont mention..." negotiating" ...." potential" .... (they say non-binding MOU)

AND YES , i must confess i am a bit SOUR : )) hehe.... Cos' I didnt buy Albedo before Rights Issue and thus I didnt get the rights shares at $0.005 ..etc and etc....

  ALBEDO vs ROWSLEY Iskandar Land Acquisition
On 21 December 2012, Rowsley Ltd announced a non-binding term sheet with Vantage Bay Sdn 
Bhd (?Vantage?) in relation to the proposed acquisition by the Company and/or its 
wholly-owned subsidiary of parcels of vacant land located within the Iskandar 
development region, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, measuring approximately 9.23 hectares 
(the ?Land?), for a consideration of S$358 million. (9.23 hectares = ~22 acres)

The price rise from .141 to .26 on second trading day after announcement and reached its peak on March 2013 at .53 cts. That is more than double.

On 20 Aug 2013, Albedo Ltd entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding (?MOU?) 
with Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd (the ?TCSB?), pursuant to which it is proposed 
that the Company will acquire five (5) parcels of land (the ?Properties?) located in 
the north of Iskandar, Malaysia from TCSB (the ?Proposed Acquisition?) for a consideration of RM 3 Billion (~SGD 1.1 Billion)

The Properties are located in Gelang Patah, the vicinity of Setia Eco Gardens and are 
to the north of Iskandar, Malaysia?s Flagship B: Nusajaya Development. The 
Properties are accessible from Johor Bahru City via the multiple access roads and also 
the Second Link Expressway. As at the date of this announcement, the Properties 
cover a total land area of approximately 762 acres.

Do you agree....? The price will not stop at 4 cts. Still lots more room to rise.

Like Yoma, there are ppl who believes in the Myanmar growth. When it rose that many times,   ppl like me buy the stk. Sold thereafter when it rose. I'm invested in that believe. I'm constantly reminded that I'll be stuck w sky high px when buying pennies and shld nt gamble. How to judge gambling or investment as I'm truely had that growth believe

x 0 		Hi bro, you are right.   BBs are like that.   All they need is to get one sucker, then many suckers will follow suit.   Eg. when one sucker buys 4 cents ($4000 for 100 lot), they will try to make at least $1000 out of him and then with the next few suckers buying as the knife falls their average killings grow until they are satisfied and then the price stays for sometime.   Then the average player will say " aiya, so unlucky got stuck" . Players beware..
